Korke & Judith were born in Cadiz, Spain. They are one of the world’s most famous bachata couple and recognized as the founder of the sensual bachata style (also called modern bachata). They currently travels the bachata circuit every weekend of the year to teach in festivals around the world. The couple is well respected in the the bachata world and has been teaching worldwide from Argentina to Kazakhstan. In 2010, Korke started a competition called Bachatastars that has now expanded to a European competition with more countries joining each year. This competition has given many new bachateros a name in the bachata world. Korke and Judith have based their style on strict follow and lead principles and these moves have been largely tested out on the dance floor while social dancing. In order to make the style universal and bullet proof in terms of lead and follow, the system was tested on different girls in different countries. Eventually a very solid system was made ensuring that almost everything they teach is leadable so that every student can dance with anyone after a class (even someone who doesn't know this style should be able to follow a good leader). Korke says that he has grown as a dancer because he danced with everyone and a good leader should be able to lead the worst follower. Thus a bachata leader must learn how human movement works and how to easily move a girl using natural placement, gravity and the energy of circular movement. This energy makes the move feel transcendent and magical for the girl as the body continues to move in the natural energy lanes of circular movement. The man feels totally in control of the girl at every moment as he is educated and has knowledge of how the body can be lead in the most natural and efficient way based mostly on circular movement, inertia and natural energy.

U.Tribe ("Urban Tribe") was created through the meeting of two born artists and both madly in love with arts, Erell Niane and Mick Viry, in January 2005. The union of these two natures, strong and distinct as fire and air, takes us into a world of music and dance fundamentally mixed and diverse. U.Tribe is a subtle mix between quite technical urban dances, such as hip-hop or contemporary dance, and primary african dances inherited from our ancestors ( "the Force is in our Roots"), all of the latter brought in the context of salsa and of the various parallel Latin rhythms. After a great deal of personal experiences, Mike and R.elle gave U.TRIBE its first choreography "Nina", a tribute to salsa-ancestors afro rhythms. In February 2005, this show was presented at an European level a the Zurich congress, Switzerland. The specificity of U.Tribe resides in a deep respect for the music, prior to anything else. Both Erell and Mike could not help but play with the musical heritage of their childhood. Their dance style is flowing and generous, and always in sync with the tempo; a surprising and explosive mix between strength, fieriness, grace, and high level of technique.
